Connon focuses on the successful commercialisation of TRA Labs initiatives as one of its co-founders. He is also one of the Executive Directors at TRA.

Connon brings to the table more than 20 years of experience in insight leadership and innovation across New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and North America. 

He is currently involved with Labs ventures Zavy and Tracksuit as Chair and Director, respectively.

Antony leads the technical development of TRA Labs initiatives as one of the co-founders. He is also one of the Executive Directors at TRA.

An expert in the field of data science and analytics, Antony has more than 15 years experience, including leading Dunnhumby’s innovation function in Europe.

He is currently involved with Labs ventures Zavy and Tracksuit as Director and Chair, respectively.

Aaron Ward (Ngāti Maru) is based in Portland, Oregon and leads Ask Nicely's commercial and growth strategies. He is the Founder and CEO of the business. 

He has a wealth of experience in the research-tech space, scaling, and capital decision making.

Hema Patel was previously the CEO of Lightbox, leading them to both commercial growth and a successful exit. She is currently the GM of Payments at Medtech.

She has extensive experience in leadership and counsilting across Spark Ventures, NTT, and ERoad.

Levi is currently the Executive General Manager of Product at Xero.

He's had over 20 years of working in fin-tech around the world, and brings to TRA LAbs his significant leadership experience and expertise in product-led growth.

Mike Hanna has more than two decades of experience in the international investment industry. He is currently the Senior Investment Manager at Red Bird.

Mike is skilled and networked in the ecosystems of venture capital, angel networks, private equity and investment banking.
