About the role

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in our delivery team, involved in all parts of the research and insight process helping to design, manage, and report on projects.
Responsible for delivering projects end to end and working across a variety of clients you will use your solid quantitative research background, your amazing analysis skills, your knowledge of marketing, and your knack for storytelling to deliver insight and strategy to our clients in meaningful and impactful ways.

We are looking for someone with:
- A university degree supporting your area of expertise.
- Fined tuned expertise in research, marketing, psychology or social science fields.
- Experience in leading the design and successful execution of a wide range of ad-hoc and tracking projects.
- Hands on experience analysing quantitative data and applying frameworks and thinking to solve marketing and other organisational problems.
- The ability to innovatively and creatively find solutions and is open to new ideas.
- And is a leader within their own work and with clients.
