Our amazing Customer Success Manager is going overseas so we are looking for another super star who will put our clients at the heart of their journey with us. This role will be responsible for developing and executing scalable digital processes and strategies to grow and nurture excellent client relationships throughout their lifecycle with TRA.
About the role
Utilising your eye for detail and amazing customer relationship building skills, you will be responsible for developing our digital strategy and building scalable customer success processes to enable our client relationships to grow even further.
Working alongside the Head of Client Service and Group Marketing team you will be learning from experts in digital, campaign, event, content creation, insight and strategy.
With deep and up-to-date knowledge of CRM and customer success best practice, you will be responsible for developing CRM strategy and the optimisation of customer processes, sales, marketing and in HubSpot to support business objectives.
- You have 3-5 years’ experience in a B2B channel
- You have worked with Hubspot, especially in a marketing and sales environment
- You have experience analysing and reporting on marketing performance
- You will need to be able to juggle as you will work across multiple projects so great time management is a must have
- Of course you have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
