About the role

We're looking for a Customer Success superhero who will ensure our clients are happy, engaged, and crushing their goals throughout their journey with us. You’ll work closely with our Head of Client Service and Group Marketing team to learn from the best in the business. You'll be rubbing shoulders with experts in digital, campaign, event, content creation, insight, and strategy, to develop your skills in event planning, writing engaging comms, and supporting our Client Service team to enable client growth.

Using your deep and up-to-date knowledge of CRM and customer success best practices, you'll take ownership of developing our CRM strategy and optimising customer processes to support our business objectives. You're a self-starter who takes initiative and provides support to the wider team. Plus, with your amazing eye for detail and customer relationship building skills, you'll help us take our client relationships to the next level.

About you 

Are you ready to take your B2B channel experience to the next step? Do you have a proven track record of working with HubSpot (or similar CRM) in a marketing and sales environment? Are you a pro at analysing and reporting on marketing performance? Do you love problem-solving and advising on solutions to any challenges that come your way?
