We are looking for an enthusiastic CRM & Client Lifecycle Specialist to put our clients at the heart of their journey with us. Ensuring TRA’s systems are up to date and accurate, this role will support the activation and nurturing of excellent client relationships throughout the entire lifecycle with TRA.

About the role

Utilising your eye for detail and understanding of sales, marketing and business processes you will be responsible for accurately capturing, tracking, and reporting on our current and potential clients as they move through our relationship lifecycle.

Working alongside the Group Marketing team you will be learning from experts in digital, campaign, event, content creation, insight and strategy.

With deep and up-to-date knowledge of CRM and lifecycle management best practice, you will be responsible for the implementation and optimisation of sales, marketing and customer processes in HubSpot to support business objectives. 

About you

We are looking for someone with:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Working experience in HubSpot management, especially marketing and sales hub.
  • Fluent with best practice database management and data protection principles
  • Experience working within an agency preferred
  • An enthusiasm for and interest in marketing, who enjoys learning and has a growth mindset.
  • Broad knowledge of various marketing channels and an understanding of B2B marketing basics.
  • The ability to analyse and report on marketing performance.
  • The ability to work across multiple projects with an excellent eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
