We combine our understanding of human behaviour with intelligent data capability to navigate uncertainty, answer the big questions, and enable organisations to make better decisions.

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own and drive TRA Business Group’s inbound marketing and content strategies, ultimately to help grow TRA, Zavy and Tracksuit’s awareness and salience with target audiences.

About the role

A new and exciting role, the Content Marketing Manager is the driving force behind our content strategy and our efforts to engage audiences in what we do across multiple channels.

You will own content calendars and be responsible for delivering content on a regular cadence, writing, editing, and commissioning content such as blogs, case studies, newsletters, webinars, and op-eds.

Working across brands and audiences, you’ll be able to switch up tone of voice and style with ease and identify when messaging is off-code or needs adjustment.

With an editor’s eye and a drive for innovation you will take our content to the next level.


About you

We are looking for someone with:

  • 4+ years’ experience as copywriter, journalist or in other similar roles
  • Working experience in inbound marketing strategy planning
  • A strong understanding of storytelling
  • A great understanding of SEO
  • Exceptional writing, copywriting and editing skills
  • The ability to juggle and prioritise workloads and time pressures 
  • Insatiable curiosity and an interest in learning about new things  
  • Great interpersonal skills who communicates well and connects easily with others 
  • Great cultural literacy and understands what makes people tick 
  • Some knowledge of the advertising/marketing or market research world would be advantage
